We’re really excited to start offering the ability to passively earn on the time and literal energy you spend or have already spent in Immersys. We want the utility of every NFT that enters Immersys to have at least 3 benefits or decisions for the player to make. We envisioned an inventory application where you can view all available blueprint crafts/blends, view the staking rewards your assets are providing daily, and the instant burn for FATE rate if you need FATE immediately. This doesn’t include the added utility of the assets in our metaverse which is forever expanding. The crafting portal is already available! We’re hard at work, developing the perfect burn-to-earn mechanic for our NFT resources. The NFT staking will go live on July 5th, 2022!
How does it work?
Our NFT staking is non-custodial meaning that you retain ownership over your NFTs. You’ll still be able to use them within the game while collecting passive rewards. The staking weight of an NFT is based on the amount of Energy used to craft it. Only NFTs created by players and Rusty Tools will qualify for staking rewards.
How to get started?
You’ll have to register your account for NFT staking rewards on July 5th. When you first register a wallet with our smart contract will validate all NFTs by doing a transfer to the wallet and then send back all assets. You can then view your staking power in our Immersys Companion App! Easy as that. Starting earning passively on the items you craft in Immersys.
Reward Pool & NFT Weight
Everyday 50,000 FATE will be distributed to holders of our game’s NFTs. 40,000 FATE will be distributed to NFTs crafted in the game and 10,000 FATE will be distributed to property owners. The crafted NFTs are assigned a weight based on the amount of energy used to craft them. Only NFTs obtained via crafting blueprints & rusty tools will qualify for NFT staking rewards.
Example:
Bronze bar craft costs 1 energy to craft so its weight in the pool would be 1. Bronze pickaxe costs a total of 6 energy so its weight in the pool would be 6.
